strength is up!!
its definitely starting to kick..... today is end of week 3 for me here. and i'm noticing both drive and strength increasing. to date Ive only added about 8lbs of body weight with no real BF.
i'm going to step it up to the full 4000 cals now and ride that out for a few weeks and see how it goes.
i have been suffering through some lower back back pain (constant pain) so i will be taking it light on deads - squat and rows . this has me very nervous. as its the first time have experienced this pain in well over a year. not sure what i did but it has me walking like a old man.....dreading every step. when i do my bent over rows it feels like i am literally crushing my lower ....
and if i try bending further i fold up like a cheep pocket knife with pain. im really hoping this works its way out soon. its going to really be a shame to miss out on solid gains on these lifts. but not much i can do. just moving my own body weight is tough right now. may have to try out the ole lady inversion table... who knows?? i will give just about any a shot at this point.....
