turkey burgers vs beef burgers

I like this beef that's been coming to my local grocery store, it's 93-7 lean which is about as lean as you can get with beef. Garlic powder, mckormick seasoning, whorchester sauce, pepper, and onions!! Throw in on an whole grain thin bun and good to go.

I'll have to try southerns recipe sounds good. I always stuff my turkey burgers with basil and vadalia onion and put them on the grill with the new kingsford mesquite or hickory coals.
