Does anybody here do this when squatting, pushing up with your arms trying to press the bar off the shoulders to lift more? I've never done it, but I read an article on squat form over on cyberpump.com that describes this technique. Anybody here ever do this?

I reread his original post and he was referring to "trying" to push the bar off. I always had a violent upward push, but I knew the bar wasn't leaving that little groove God gave me for a squat bar.
