Trying to get a ball park on BF

I never have had my bf checked....6'5" 265 lb...bf ??
I have been much leaner than this before, but this is the best shape I have been in, in years..don't work out like I used to.

6'5"? damn buddy you must look like a beast! looking proportionate at that height hard...great job!

About BF, I have no idea but just guessing...I'd say 15-16% maybe? we need more opinions...

No I don't compete, but my mid section could use some help and wouldn't mind losing some more overall fat. My goal is to get back down to 250...I am shredded at that weight.

but how long can you hold that weight? and how much strength do you lose?

exactly, it is hard to stay there, but I dont lose much strength

Slackin bro, I don't really follow a very strict diet regimen. I never have been much into the science and techinical aspect of diet. I am spoiled with good enough genes to eat pretty much what ever I wnat and stay in this bf range.

Damm your doing good. I too do not eat very well sumtimes. But from what I am seeing w/ your pick, clean it up a bit and shit alot of good will come of it. On size you natural you are blessed. Most guys your size are lucky to look this good at 1/2 your age.

based on the first pic (shoulder striations, etc.) i'd say less than that. . .maybe 10 - 12%???

thanks, but I don't think so....I need to get it checked. I have been much leaner than this before, but you should have seen me 5-6 weeks ago....slob. I had not worked out seriously for about two yrs up until that point...I'm trying to get down to 245 - 250. I fight in a fairly well-known MMA league and am about to start back up 20 lbs off my back would be huge in terms of endurance and quickness....I feel a huge difference from 280-285 down to about 265 now.
