Just want to say, that site is way cool man! I like the fact they have a forum where guys share information (just like here) on custom orders they've made and what their experiences were like. Since this was my first time ordering, it worked great since I had no clue what to put in there. Based on tons of feedback, I ordered a waxy maize product with some fast-acting protein in there for my post workouts.

Basically I did:

75% Waxy Maize
10% Pepto-pro (that's their fast acting protein)
10% Instantized BCAA's
5% Leucine

2 scoops = approx. 44 grams carbs/15 grams protein, or I can do...
3 scoops = approx. 66 grams carbs/ 22.5 grams protein

I have my own flavorless creatine at home and plan on throwing 5 grams in there each time I make a shake. 15 minutes after this, I'll take 30 grams of whey protein (whatever I happen to have).

That is realy cool they give you that add in option for WM.

Immediately Post workout, I do 45 grams waxymaize, 5 grams Raw MCC (creatine), 5 grams glutamine, 5g BCAAs. Shoot that, and wait 10-15 minutes, then shoot 40 grams of whey/casein/soy protein mix. works wonders

The reason for the carb protein split is because the waxy maize, when taken by itself, maximizes insulin secretion. Insulin is HIGHLY anabolic. Mixing protein with the waxy maize slows the absorption by a decent amount. The waxy maize by itself will shuttle the creatine, glutamine and BCAA much faster and restores glycogen stores at maximm rate.

Then, when you add the protein in after 10 minutes, the whey (the buliding blocks) gets shuttled in and the muscles have the energy and tools and building blocks to get to repair at maximum size and strength.

Make sure your post work out shake is followed by a healthy meal with a lean meat and fresh vegetables. I prefer to eat within 30 minutes after my protein shake to keep the fuel and building blocks available whenever needed.


EDIT:
Oh, and your balance should be more like 55% waxy maize, and 30% protein for PWO according to your carb/protein if it is mixed all in one.
