trt 6 weeks in and not too happy

Good job. Those are the first steps.
Humans have a misconception of what a doctor is. Doctors, for average humans, are like Gods. Whatever you feel, whatever you need, go to the doctor, he will save you. He will give you something magic in your mouth and everything will be fine. That is ignorance. Doctors, are like mechanics. When your car has a weird light on, what the mechanic does? he plug in a computer and THE CAR says what is wrong with him, so the mechanic can properly troubleshoot. Well, we are better than cars. We are carbon units. YOU NEED to know your body, YOU MUST identify your own problems, learn and know the solution. So when you go to the doctor, IS ONLY because he is authorized to do certain thing you can't do, and they have the infrastructure to fix yourself that you don't have at home. Doctors, are like politicians; you are HIRING him to work for you. He follow YOUR instructions; he is your advisor. A doctor has no authority over your life and/or body; you are the only owner of your carbon unit, and you decide what is done and what is not done based on KNOWLEDGE and the power of REASON.

But you have taken your first baby steps to a whole new world of immortality.

And what you need to know now, is your estrogen levels. You should have asked for a copy of the results. Again, is your body. Who is he to make tests on you and not even show you the results? and save the tests for him? Call his office and instruct them to fax you or e-mail you a copy of the results. You need a log with the history of service on your carbon unit.

It is the law that they have to give them to you if you ask.

Really? Well good to know. :) I didn't even know that by law they were required to ogive you the results. However, with or without law, it is the law of my body. When I instruct a doctor about the tests that I need done, I let him know before hand that I will need a copy of them for my own database. So no surprises or fancy faces when I go back. And if doctors do not agree or do not meet the required quality of technical service, find another one. That is the Freedom that the best health care system in the world provides.

Just buy more pins on the internet. Getpinz.com is one. Inject every tues morning and fri night. This will have you steady. Get blood work after 8 weeks. Get the blood work on friday afternoon. If ultra-sensitive estrogen comes in over 30 introduce 1/4 milligram 24 hours after shot. This is the secret of my success.

The nurse did share the results of the testing. They ONLY tested for testosterone..why? I have no idea I was under the impression they would do a full panel like they did the first time. So basically they charged my insurance $500 for one test. Kinda dumb. I am going to take Nemesis' advice and get some more pins and go bi-weekly. There is a clinic near my house who will do a full blood test for about $60. So I'll try weekly/bi weekly for a month or so, then get my own blood work done.
I should be paying ya'll, lol. I have received better advice from this board than I have from my own doc.

Update:
Just had my appointment with the urologist. We were supposed to go over the results of my blood test. Well when I was able to see him he basically asked me how I was feeling. I told him that I felt great for the first 7-9 days then became lethargic, unmotivated, tired, etc. He didn't tell me the results of my blood test, but recommended that we increase the dosage up front but continue bi-weekly. (I am on 200mg every two weeks) I told him that I wanted to be more stable, so he said every 10 days. I was insistent that every week would be optimal. To my surprise he agreed and also told me to bring my wife in for my next injection, so the nurse could show her how to inject. He said he would give me script and set an appointment for 6 months out!! This is what I really wanted from the beginning. I did have to ask the nurse on my way out what my testosterone came out to be and she said it was 350!! I was 250 before i ever took an injection.
So i think this goes to show that every 2 weeks is a roller coaster ride for your levels.
I wanted to say thanks for everyone's suggestions on how/what to say to my Dr. You also helped me gain enough knowledge to know what will be best for my body.
Does anyone have any recommendations for support supps? How will I know if I need and AI? Should i consider hcg with the test? I know my doctor doesn't know how to prescribe these things accurately. (I asked him about them in the beginning and he suggested I speak to an endo)

listen to your doctor and go to an endo.

If you stick to vets' advice (I'm not a vet), you'll find they are about 1-2 years ahead of your typical endocrinologist.
