triples on bench press

i want to make some real gains on my benchpress. i have done 365 before but then hurt my elbow and havent done anything over 315 since. but i totally switched my chest routine and im starting with incline benchpress thanx to Swain. :) and my front delts and my whole delt routine are making great gains. well let me lay it out:

mon - incline press 3x5 or 3x8
flat bench or flat Db - 3x10
weighted dips - 3x8

thurs - push press - 3x5 or 4x8
upright rows - 4x8
side raise - 2x15

i wanna add bench press on saturday just 5 sets of 3 progressing the weight on each set. my friend who is a powerlifter says he did this routine in HS and benched 365 seinor year at 172. which is about where i am. anyone think this is a good idea? powerlifters or BBers any input would be fine.

thanx

mon - close grip - work up to a triple for 2 or 3 sets
then lockouts - go heavy work up to a 3 or single
do some band pushdowns for tri's - nothing to serious

thurs - index on ring bench - work up to a triple for 3 sets
3 board - do triples or singles - whatever you feel like

fri - this is where you do shoulders - military press 3x8
you can do a set of jm presses or rolling presses here

you need to pick a day to do back also. ideally sat would be it.
back day you need to be doing either heavy barbell rows or weighted pullups. next are shrugs for high reps. and go heavy on these. you will get used to them quickly always go up in weight and reps. ex = 50 reps@135 for warm up and go from there

if you don't have a shirt get one. back is important don't neglect it. never do dips for increasing your bench. and never do upright rows unless you want fucked up rotator cuffs. you can do inclines of thurs or fri. whatever you have energy for but do them after bench or military press

this should get you started
