S sinnsbip New member Dec 13, 2004 #1 While i was benching i suddnly heard this tearing sound in my left arm, and now my triceps hurts like hell. I still have full range of motion, but i cant flex the tri in my left arm. Does anybody know what it is?

bigstve12 New member Dec 16, 2004 #2 go see a doc. is it any better now? hearing a tearing sound isnt a good thing
