Laws like this arn't any defense at all.

There is no way that a man who would rape a woman in a PUBLIC bathroom could possibly be affected by whether or not it's legal to enter the bathroom in the first place.

Just take a minute and think about it...can you imagine how brash a man has to be to enter a public bathroom and rape a women in it?! You actually think even for a moment that a law saying you can't go in the bathroom is gana mean shit?

It's not totally unheard of for a man to follow a women into a bathroom or some other such semi private area and rape her, I doubt that a single one of them ever thought that they where breaking a law by entering the bathroom.

i agree. a law isn't going to stop anyone from breaking the law. however, does it mean we should stop passing laws, since criminals are just going to break them anyways?

by allowing this sort of nonsense, it just makes it easier for bad things to happen.

there are many other 'bad things' that some guy can do in a woman's restroom besides rape someone in it.

and once again, would you want your girls showering in the same public shower with a man who 'feels like' a woman?

The most basic laws about not stealing, killing or assulting people are justifiable, others just take up space and will at best do nothing.

If some creep is making a pathedic attempt at passing for a tranny they arn't going to fool anyone and would get thrown out just as before. No good reason to think the risk would increase.

If anyting having more people in the bathroom REDUCES the risk of such things.

I think all public showers are creepy anyway.
