How many days a wekk should i work out? Should I break it off into push and pull workouts? HOw about this:
day 1 chest and triceps
day 2 legs and shoulder
day 3 back and biceps

how many days off in between?
for football, i used to do chest and back one mon and thurs
and legs and shoulder on tues anf fri
takin wed, sat, and sun off?
 
I lift 6 days a week and take one off.. I only used to lift 4, but I did so many things in those 4 days it sucked.. so now i break it down into stuff like this.
day1 - tri, pecs
day2 - back, legs, Traps
days3- bicep, shoulders, forearms
day4 - tri, pecs
day5 - back, legs, traps
day6- bicep, shoulders, forearms
