This is were i hang so i want to ask you Bro's......How many times a week do you train the same muscle group ..Like BI/tri...Back..Legs...
(so that you don't overtrain) ! Do you change it up when your not "ON".

Hey bro, I can only train 3-4x a week so when I do I usually do a full body workout, god I hate being in college.

Never! Work out one or two body parts per workout

:p :p :p :p it just feeeeeeeeels so gooooooooood. I know I am being counter-productive but sometimes I can only train 1x MAYBE 2x a week so I "feel" like I need to get it in anyway I can. Sorry to hijack thread
 
2 body parts a day, twice a week here..switch the parts around every other week, seems to work the best for me either off or on, seems to be more intense and a lot stronger when on of course(LOL)
 
im only doing legs twice a week now, everything else once a week.....gains are coming great for me. I use High volume and intensity tho
 
When I first started, once a week didn't do anything for me. I started hitting everything twice a week and grew like crazy. My gains slowed and then I switched back to once a week. I'm getting good gains this time.

I don't know how to explain it. If you hit muscles once a week you need to really hit them. Pretty much kill them. If you work them out twice a week you don't need as much volume per workout. I hope that made sense.
 
I have 10 sessions a week. Normally 2 sessions mon, wed, fri
Ive been struggling to do more than one muscle group per workout cause I hate being in gym for longer than 70 minutes, start becoming paranoid bout being catabolic.

Very sweet input, and as always this to seems to very(Bro >Bro)
Now i am doing moday/Fri= ARMS..Tuesday=LEGS..WED/Thur=back & chest..So my days off are weekends......I was doing the once aweek Arms but i was hitting them so hard that remember last week the pumps and strain left me having to rest for 5 days, pulled somthing ect... so the high intensity shit i can't do at this time...Twice a week with less strain seems to be the best For now..but great input from all...keep it pumpin like thie columbian Pipeline Bro's !
