(so that you don't overtrain) ! Do you change it up when your not "ON".
it just feeeeeeeeels so gooooooooood. I know I am being counter-productive but sometimes I can only train 1x MAYBE 2x a week so I "feel" like I need to get it in anyway I can. Sorry to hijack thread
2 body parts a day, twice a week here..switch the parts around every other week, seems to work the best for me either off or on, seems to be more intense and a lot stronger when on of course(LOL)
