Training with a previously injured shoulder.

i had a grade 3 seperation of my AC joint in HS.. so i know what you mean... the only thing i can tell you is keep pumping hard. you need to shift some focus on your secondary muscle groups in the bench to help your lift( shoulders, tris, and lats). I wouldnt change your routine at all.. I didnt... well except for the occasional workout where you mix things up a bit so your body doesnt get used to the same thing.
