Training routine while cutting?

Hello, Im new on this forum. Fist of all my info:
Age: 17
Years in training: 1-1.5 (with some pauses)
Weight: 80-84kg
Height: ~175cm
Current goal: fat loss/get lean
Current diet: Carb's Cycling
Current supplements: Nothing (money problems)

Now I don't know which training program is good for my goal? At the moment im training Push/Pull/Legs because im student and i cant workout more than 3time week. Some forums told me that is good to use 4-5day split some forums told me that is good 3days full body. Can you help me? Which program is good for my goal and good for my health (dont enter in catabolism)??
