Is training each body part only once a week really enough? Ill train each part and feel like i can train it again 3 days later. And im training hard, going to failure and beyond on each set. For example, Friday i trained chest:
incline press - 3x10
Inlince flys - 3x10
Flat bench - 2x8(by this time my chest felt numb, it was almost useless to train more because i was so tired i couldnt get up and significant weight)
static hold - 20 sec to failure
I was sore saturday and sunday but today i feel fine, like i can train the muscle again if i want. So, it once a week enough? Could it be because im so young(17) that my body recovers this quickly? Should i be sore for more time?
