This is my first cycle (500 mg sustanon), and i need advice on training. Does this workout plan look ok or is it overtraining,
Mon. Chest, biceps, abs (inject)
tues. shoulder, triceps
wed. back, abs
thurs. rest (inject)
friday, light chest, triceps
sat. legs, abs
sunday rest.

my main question is if I'm sore from my monday workout is it advisable to workout the next day or wait till the day after. Is it ok to train chest and triceps twice in the same week.

Rest is just as important as training. If you're sore don't train that area. It's called overtraining, we all made that mistake at one time or another.

Too much pressing, not enough leg work and pulling. I don't blame you, most young guys in the US end up lifting like that, so that appears to you as the norm. You gotta realize that it will end up making you look like the love-child of a dumb gorilla (shoulders pulled forward from anterior muscle imbalance) and a stork (or chicken).

you want to have about an equal volume of pushing to pulling movements (for every set of chest I make sure to have a set of rows, for every shoulder pressing movement I make sure to do a pullup/pulldown movement). Also splitting your leg workout helps alot, such as doing one day that is based around deadlifting and hamstrings, and another that is based around squatting and quads.

again, you can't completely seperate the muscles used in say a military press for shoulders from those used in an incline press for chest. Any chest pressing movement will involve the shoulders, and pressing to the front will hit the chest some. Take this into account when figuring out how long you need to recover.
