Training and the First time stack...

I've got Nelsons' books, Bottom line and truth...and there are some great exercies in there that i've been doing...those fucking "janda" type sit ups are brutal.....

But I was wondering... getting into my first stack 450 prim0-ew, 250 sust-ew, (mabye anavar too 50mg ed???) 6 weeks only...doing post cycle therapy of "post cycle" and maybe Derm sustain...

SHould I just use a good hypertrop program (Like, Christain Thibideaux) or just get in there and hit those compound lifts....mix it up.... of course, if I'm feeling stronger, i'll bump up weights..... But I do like intense workouts like EDT and kettlebell training too...

Just wondering what you guys did when you tried it for the FIRST time....
 
OH...and I read the "AMAZING" thread...was not amazed it got closed down. I feel that what i am asking is helping me to become responsible about what I choose to do with my body...by asking what I feel is important questions to those who have viable, legitimate answers.

Hope this post doesn't get flamed too bad.... Just trying to learn through available experience here, guys....

The cycle looks good bro but you should really stretch it out at least 2 preferably 4 more weeks.. The primo should be ran that long at least in my opinion.. It is a nice conservative starting cycle though. I like it actually. I would like to run primo myself but fuck it is so expensive.
 
What about your training...just back to basics....higer reps for the pump...or hit it heavy....lots of body parts with lots of sets...or just the basics...what did you do your first time?

way to short of time on the primo...14 weeks at least...imo

On or off cycle, it all depends on a person's individual preferences, goals, and genetic predisposition. There exists no single credited response.
