In the spring, summer and fall, I like to get in the occasional morning jog outside, but right now it's hanging around the low 40's and high 30's and it just doesn't seem healthy running in that. It feels like the wind gets sucked out o you and you have to bundle up to keep your knees from knocking while you run. Right now I'm using a Nordic Track Butt and Thigh shaper (laugh if you want, but my ass is getting prety tight). I can't wait for the sun to be out and in effect again though, I really enjoy the outdoor scenery and I feel like the heat helps keep my joints lubricated so when I hit the gym later on my training goes a lot smoother.
