Tracking my lifts

I am very scatterbrained and dyslexic and I have a hard time remembering how much weight I did on what day and all that
I was wondering how many of you track your weight training where you write down what you did and how much weight you did so you don't forget. Is there some sort of a using on your smartphone to track this?
 
i just use a basic log journal on paper
 
If you have problem remembering, bring pen and paper or phone and write it after every set and create a log, so you can compare and monitor your progress
