Tracking my lifts

I am very scatterbrained and dyslexic and I have a hard time remembering how much weight I did on what day and all that
I was wondering how many of you track your weight training where you write down what you did and how much weight you did so you don't forget. Is there some sort of a using on your smartphone to track this?
 
i just use a basic log journal on paper
 
I don't track shit

however not everyone is me so i get it

some people will need to track

my thing is if you don't remember how much you lifted last go around then you should track
