top 5 supplements

Hmmm... for me:

Optimum Whey (chocolate)
Glucosamine and Chondroitin
Ultra Mega Women's Multi Vitamin
Glucorell-R

Hard to only have 5. Can't decide on my 5th. Let's see, it would definitely be NYC if it still existed (I miss it). Right now I also take Beverlay ZMA, Melatonin, Valerian Root, Vitamin E-400, Thermorexin and Vitamin C.

If I could find something to help with some stomach problems that would be my 5th choice. I've tried ginger root, but it didn't work. I've been trying the NOW Super Enzymes, but they aren't helping much either.

1. Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein
2. Prolab Creatine (creapure)

I guess you could also add dextrose. But IMO most other supps like glutamine are overhyped and expensive, but some people like them. I buy Met-RX when its cheap, I know some people hate them, but I like their protein shakes. Otherwise I add non-fat dry milk to whey to slow absorbtion, I know it has carbs, but it doesn't bother me. I really try to focus on eating high protein foods, instead of drinking shakes all day, or popping a bunch of pills all the time.

Without question, the most effective are..

1...Unleashed (the only product that raises testosterone)

2...Post-Cycle (cleans liver, lowers estroen, improve slibido. Think of it as ZMA PLUS)

3...ZIP! (Non stimulant fat burner. Pro Thyroid formula)

4...Combo of unflavored ion exchange whey, micellar casien, and whole egg protein (I mix my own flavorings and sweetening)

5...Glucosomine/Controiton/ MSM (Essential for healthy joints)

That's what I take every day.

Add in a good vit/mn and you really don't need anything else.

same here !

1.Optimum Whey (chocolate)
2.Glucorell-R
3.Animal Pak Multivitamin
4.GLC 2000 (glucosomine/condroitin)
5.Tie - Thermorexin or Flax Seed Oil

I wouldn't consider flax seed oil a supplement; it's a dietary component (fat). It's where I get almost all of my fat.

I'm glad to see all of the ON fans. I am eagerly awaiting my order of pro complex and 100% whey.

Assuming viamins and minerals are not being counted, in order:
1. flax seed oil
2. fish oil
3. BCAA's
4. all other essential amino acids
5. creatine
