I feel allot better strength wise, been doing quite a bit of mountain biking and my arms seem to have gotten a bit bigger, especially my forearms, abs coming out really good, next week im gonna hit the compounds again.

I guess taking time off does help allot.
 
I hate taking breaks. I suffer withdrawals like a Crackhead.

But, everytime I take one, I come back strong and usually hit all kind of PRs. Good for ya:)
 
I trained today after a six day break that was supposed to last for atleast eight but i couldn't handle it. I HAD to go to the gym.
 
i suffer from withdrawls if i go one day without lifting, which really blows, im a chronic overtrainer. im starting a new split next week though, hopefully ill see better gains.
