for my back
4 sets of pullups.
4 sets odf deadlifts
2 sets dumbell rows
2 sets hang cleans.
just started weight training. goal to pack on 10#'s muscle.. not fat..

Well depending on the % of weight you are using its hard to say. I think you might be ok provided you arent taking your sets to failure.

not bad, but do deadlifts before pullups imo.. Also, how many reps are you using for each set? Don't do too many on deadlifts

by seperating chins and rows with deadlifts his lats get a rest and so his rows aren't so limited from already being fatigued from the chins

IMO pullups are a great back warmup exercise so do those first. deadlifts dont pull more than 8 - 10 reps max
and at about 75% of your max single rep weight. if you're doing your pullups with a wide grip, i would consider
adding 3 sets of seated cable rows to hit your middle back a bit more.
