Tomorrows meals for the day

Like the subject says the only thing we have planned is dinner at 3pm ribs corn on the cob rolls and potatos besides that give me the rest of my meals breakfast lunch and everything in-between also will be doing a spin class at 5:30
 
Steve I really value your opinion on these matters it meals for me my wife and 1 year old son...I want to start him only the right track as far as eating habits go
 
I make meals that include extra servings and store in the frig so I have easy on the go options. This is convenient especially on those crazy days.
 
Always use brown rice instead of white rice. Yeah ditch the potatoes. If u can pull it off use things like fish, chicken breasts, lean ground turkey instead of beef, portabella mushrooms, low fat cottage cheese and tons of veggies. Snacks should be bananas, nuts, I even found some pretty amazing and healthy sweet potatoe chips.
