wtf kind of workout plan are you on? Do you do chest and back together too?

chest day,

back day,

alternate press/tricep day (mostly focussing on overhead pressing and then some lateral raises)

legs/biceps day
 
i don't like that 1 day a week shit... I do a little chest and tri monday and then tri and chest on thursday.. that way I hit every muscle 2x a week and each just as hard

i was doing that for a solid year,

with my alternate press day i cycle these:

Week A
Heavy Pushpresses
Dumbell shoulder press
Shoulder Raise
Triceps-
Week B
Incline BB bench
Pushpresses, form and reps over weight
Shoulder Raise
Triceps
Week C
AAP-s routine preexhaust
Some sort of shoulder press
Triceps

I hit bodyparts 2x a week too and it works for natties.

1.Chest
2.Back
3.Shoulders/Bi's
4.Legs
5. Off
Repeat

Youngguns claimed this workout schedule was impossible but I've been using this split and varying exercises for the past three years and I'm hitting number like I used to when I was juiced.

mine is

Sunday - off
Monday - Chest / Tri's / Abs
Tuesday - Back / Bi's
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Tri's / Chest
Friday - Shoulders / Traps
Sunday - Bi's / Back

I do them in that order and I've lifted like that forever.. I change the lifts I do but never the order I do shit

My schedule is all fucking up now cuz I just did bi's / back :rolleyes:
 
I've been doing
M-chest tris abs
T-back bis
W-legs abs
T-chest shoulders
F-back hams traps abs

I like doing twice a week for body parts. Seems to work pretty good. I don't do a whole lot of sets per workout, 10-15.
 
you do hamstrings on wed and friday? Damn bro I can barely walk after my legs wednesday.. usually hurting til sunday or so
