having mashed avocado mixed with tuna.....one word: YUM!!

Trying to have more healthy fats so got some avocado & put it with my tuna & boy was it good!! Great idea! Thanks!!

Well I had a ww tortilla & spread mashed avocado on it. I mixed tuna (solid white albacore) with chopped tomato, cucumber & 1 tbl relish & rolled it up. Really good! Trying to get more healthy fats into my diet.
