I work out at a 24 Hour Fitness in Livermore, CA.
Sometimes when I'm there I see this guy ride up on his CBR600, google at my bike (either my 916 or aprillia).
Invariably, he comes to where I'm working out and talks to me about a couple things that tick me off, but I'm too nice to tell him to shut-up...here they are:
His bike, not his CBR but his 996 that is ALWAYS in the shop. It makes me mad not because he probably doesn't own one. But because he should be happy with his bike. It's a nice ride, he's got it tricked out with some cool stuff.
And the second thing is:
He talks about his children. Which is cool, because I can relate since I have one of my own. But he's complains about them, never really says anything nice about them.
I love my little girl, and I'll friggin talk anyone's ear off about her (if they'll listen). I have nothing but praise for her, even when she's full of sass.
And the third thing is:
He is ALWAYS amazed at how I never get big. I've never told him I'm getting chemotherapy...but damn it sucks to hear him say week after week that he's "Amazed at how much you work out with negative results!"
So dude, if you read this board please listen up and don't be offended:
Love your children.
Love your bike (it's nice, really!)
And I KNOW I'M NOT MAKING GAINS!
Sorry for the rant folks.
