Diet soft drinks will have between 0 and 4 calories per can.

If you suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) or Gastric Reflux, any type of carbonated drink can bring about an attack. Carbonation can also affect intestinal contractions and interfere with proper digestion and absorption. If you consume any carbonated drink within a few hours of going to bed, then the chances of you experiencing acid reflx are increased.

Just use it in moderation if you really want to drink the stuff.
