This is my fathers diet, be prepared:
Wake up: Instant oatmeal pack
Lunch: Ice Tea
Get out of work: 3 shots of White Sauza
Meal 4: 2 or 3 Mich ultras+ 2 or 3 more shots of White Sauza
Meal 5: High G.I. Carb garbage fuggin dinner
Meal 6: Pass the fuck out

Obviously my EF bors know that this is not a healthy diet. He's fuggin'....I'm thinkin'....55 years old. So tomorrow, I'm breakin' it down for him. Get his fuggin' shite together. And, on top of it all, he lives with this broad who scams him for his genorosity. UUUGGGHHHHHH

I hear you loud and clear bro. I have a similar situation with my father.

I've been on his case for the last year nagging him to do some kind of exercise and to at least eat the right foods. I'm at the point now where I've given up whinging, I just go to his house and throw all the shit away that he shouldn't be eating. I've started cooking at least one meal a day for him and I take him with me to go exercise (even if it's just a stroll along the beach) whenever I can. He's had to wear a heart monitor for the last two weeks. Losing so much sleep worring about him and wondering what I can do.

I hope everything goes well with your father.
