Is TLP labs legit for Sustanon 250?

Lot # 00089

Brown bottle. Silver rim/green cap. Bar Code (which means nothing to me).

If anyone knows anything about if this is legit and where it comes from your feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks.

picture is unobtainable. I'm just trying to find out if a lab called TLP exists and if so any background on it. I can go from there. Sorry for lack of info.
