I wouldn't feel comfortable offering supplement advice unless you had a recent check up with blood work. Chronic fatigue can be caused by many things, and if ephedra isn't waking you up, then something could be wrong. Not to worry you brother, but if you haven't had one in a while, I think it's time to visit the doctor for a full check up. I'm sure there's nothing wrong but it never hurts, and getting blood work done is never a bad thing!

Some stuff I would feel ok recommending is some glutamine peptides. If you can track down some of the stuff Omega was selling at the AF store, that was the best!! Also make sure you drink at least 1-2 gallons of water daily. How's your bathroom habits? Do you eliminate at least once daily? If not try some fiber or drink a cup of prune juice before bed. If sleep is a problem, try some melatonin or valerian root. But above all, get a check up and talk to a doctor. Good luck!

Another thing I just thought of, is depression. That can certainly cause the type of fatigue you mention. Again, talking to a doctor and getting a full check up is your best bet.
