Time for another 20 pounds of protein

I get whey for post workout seperately but I`m talking about regular daily shakes here.

My last order was 60% Casein, 20% Ion exchange Whey Isolate, 20% egg (or white)

Should I get the same thing or change something up? I`m gonna start a (first) 12 week test dbol cycle if that matters.

Too much casein maybe?

For maintaining nitrogen balance throughout the day and possibly night (if you opt to use it for the purpose) I prefer this combination:
40% Micellar (most bioavailable and most sustained amino release)
30% Egg (also one of the most bioavailable types and has medium duration)
30% Isolate (for instant supply of aminos before other types are fully digested)

All in all your blend seems rather similar to mine, although that might be a little too much casein - does it dissolve well? (high caseinate concentrations usually don't 'cooperate' with water well)

that depends on a multitude of factors, but I usually drop in 2tbsp extra v olive/flax/fish oil in the mix, some GPlenish, close my eyes and imagine being somebody else, and gulp it down real fast :o
that is to say the taste is extremely savory - a glutton's delight ;)

I though Micellar WAS Casein? Proteinfactoy has "Micellar Casein" as one of their proteins.

and it does NOT blend well with water. It sucks I just stir it and gulp the chunks. lol

Thanks I may go with a lower Casein anyway. I remember once I got a REALLY frothy, NOT good blend. I forget what it was that made it that way, I think the EGG or Milk, One of those two.

Oh, I wasn't sure if you were talking about calcium caseinate or micellar - either way they dissolve horribly :o

were do you guys get your custom blend of protein (pf) also do you find it to be cheaper to buy from pf rather than buying whey protein and casein and mixing

I would suggest you get about a half pound of Bovine Serum protein... Made from Beef Plasma... YUMMY
