this just proves canada is crazier than the u.s. of a.

seriously my arguement is still valid and moot, because dickhead jackson should never be able to walk amungst society ever the fuck again, but HEY LOOK he'll NEEEEEVEEEER be behind bars or locked up, he could murder and eat little boys..

so you have fucking no place to say OUR legal system is a farce, when yours is just the fuck as bad if not worse. seriously.

go sue each other or something.

I'm not going to argue that ours is any better, we got our own problems. But don't compare michael jackson to the dude that sliced a kid like a hunk of veal on a bus.

if i were ever in the mood to kill and dismember peeps canada would be a good place

Dad of girls who froze to death handed 3 years jail

Updated Fri. Mar. 6 2009 3:57 PM ET

CTV.ca News Staff

A Saskatchewan father who drunkenly lost his two young daughters outside in a snowstorm has been handed a three-year jail sentence for their deaths.

Christopher Pauchay, 25, pleaded guilty to criminal negligence causing death after his daughters -- three-year-old Kaydance and one-year-old Santana -- were found buried in snowdrifts in January of last year.

The prison term comes despite calls from an aboriginal sentencing circle that Pauchay be spared jail time and be allowed to heal in his community.

But in handing out the sentence, Judge Barry Morgan said that Pauchay hadn't taken responsibility for the deaths and didn't seem to understand how his actions had led to the tragedy.

Pauchay, who had been drinking heavily on the night of the deaths, had taken the girls out of his home on the Yellow Quill First Nation reserve in the early hours of Jan. 28.

They became separated in the -50 C weather, and the girls froze to death.

Religion has nothing to do with this. Guy's a freak. Just because he said "god" made him do it, does not say anything bad about religion. Just means the guy is a total psycho. No one's religion that I ever heard of teches people to dismember and eat other people.

And, IMO if someone like this is out there doing these things, I don't give a crap if he's "mentally ill". It just means he's capable of doing it again and therefore belongs in a jail cell for the rest of his life. Either that or grant his wish and put him to death like he's been asking for.

And this proves nothing about canada being more "crazy" than the US. Good attention grabbing title though.

Religion is a bit of a psychosis? C'mon, believing someone died and three days later rose from the dead, flapped their arms and flew into outer space is a bit ridiculous. Nobody murders someone in the name of science...just sayin'...religion teaches crazy.
