in that video right after he finishes flat bench he moves onto incline and reps the 200's as well. Shit hes doing flat bench flyes with the 130's or something

140 for 12 on an incline is very impressive also.

in that same DVD he inclines them for his next exercise, I don't remember how many reps though, it was probably at least 8
