I do my own thing in the gym. Love power moves and sets under 8 reps. Very rarely do I go light or use cables/machines or "isolation" moves. Full-body 3x week usually the same movements (Deadlift or Squat/Overhead Press/Incline Bench/Horizontal Row/Curl) for about 2 hrs each session. Been lifting for 21 yrs so I know a tiny bit what Im doing. Last/First cycle was 10 yrs ago (Dbol 50mg ED 4wks/Test E 500mg 20 wks/Tren A 50mg ED 6wks). Took a trip on the Tren Train!

I just go hard at it guys without going to failure. Its an intuitive session. I know what I want to develop and everyday is different execution but same movements. In a quick and dirty summary...

400 lbs Calf Raises 4 x 20

Im all over the gym, music pumping and just keeping a monitor on my heart rate. When I hit 130-140 I relax until 100 bpm and go ham again. Never to failure. I do sip on 30g protein shake and gulps of tart cherry juice and chug water as I workout. Just huge pumps and moving lots of iron. By no means am I to consider myself strong. I just love the iron game and have lots of fun. At this gym in this city I am probably one of the biggest and strongest. I would love to see someone go in with me after each of my sets and match me, movement for movement, to this day in all the cities Ive lived still havent had anyone try. By no means do I even look that great at all but I've been training alone for a long time and have just learned how to get a good pump rarely going more than 10 reps per set. I love moving heavy but I never grind. Lots of speed in my reps. Best lbs RAW(no belts, wraps, nothing, nada) 595 Deadlift, 465 Squat, 215 Overhead Press Strict, 335 Bench, 100 One arm DB clean & press, 405 Trap-bar Carry for 30 ft. 565 Yoke Carry for 60 ft. 225 Log Clean & Press, 100x15 Kroc Row. Not close to any of those at the moment. This was all 2 yrs ago. The gym Im in now is not setup for any of these movements.

Left Ventro glute. Im still super in pain! But I moved into a new apartment today up 4 flights of stairs. Pushing thru! Fuck! It hurts soo much... no redness or swelling, still have mobility but damn its prettt bad. Off day today. Pinned SubQ 25g pin 0.2mL, 2 in from bellybutton. Wasnt about to hurt my other muscle!

Seems like I have never pinned my ventro. lol What a guy! I finally can walk again. In any case we shall see how the SubQ lumps are handled. This is the protein shakes I drink like 6 a day.

Taking a break from the weights to decondition the tissue a bit. I do this often in my 2 decades of lifting. Helps a lot. I get like 180g of proteing just from the shakes. I eat almost everyday after 3pm been doing IF for 10 yrs. I will try to log meals for u guys. And will post training as I go. Just standby... might return next Monay or Wednesday. Been hitting it hard for 7 months with only a small 5 day layoff. Need it again because Im a fukn beast and dont want to get hurt. Thankfully never have been injured. Promise I will post a nice lifting log soon.

No lump from yesterdays pin. Massage works! Scale at 239 lbs midsection getting leaner for sure.
 
Seems like my estrogen is high. Getting pimples on my face chest and back. Tiny but some are just red and others have white shit. Recommemdations please? Wash woth acne soaps? I doubt I need an AI. Im on such a low dose. Couldny know until I got bloodwork. Proviron supposed to lower estrogen. Maybe I need to bump it up to 50mg. Thanks guys.

Just finished the other half protein shake aroun 4pm and took and 1.5hr nap. Havent ate anything else yet.

acne doesnt mean you have estrogen

i would go with anti acne body wash and soaps and do a salt scrub , you can do it yourself

also try to get some sun if there is any where you live
 
Yes I love the sun! Lately its been cloudy. I miss the porch at the hotel. Im downtown in this apt so I have to go to the park to get sun.

Today 0.1mL Real Ventroglute this time with 1/2" 25g pin.
50mg Proviron. 10,000IU Vitamin D3.
Program for next 7 weeks in place. Begin Monday!
Will continue to post each time I consume calories.
Need to adjust bed comfort because sleep not optimal.

Acne from estrogen would be more likely if you had any big fluctuations to hormone levels. But seems you've kept a stable dosage for some time?
Proper acne scrub-soap should do it, shower at the gym, and/or put on a dry clean shirt before heading home in your car rubbing that old sweat in, and never reuse that sweaty shirt without washing it ofc [emoji1]

Bed sheets could need a change.

And last, have you changed the laundry detergent lately? Could even be as simple as you overfilled the washing machine and the soap didn't get rinsed properly [emoji1]

I think I took my Proviron 50mg. I really dont remember but I wont stress it out. Im just going to buy those "am/pm med tray for the week" so I dont forget again. Worked my shift and people were real nice today to say the least. Waiting on my Castiglia brock-oven pizza. Took my Creatine chew, Anavar 50mg with a protein shake before getting my shipment into the apartment. Wont be using Animal Pak today. Gym time 2-3 hrs after I eat. No soreness today and slept pretty good.
