This guy reckons hes 250lbs

Looks to be about 210lbs in these pics. Remember he is 6 feet tall.

He may get up to 250lbs off season!

haha.. that stuff the team of the month says is pretty hilarious. especially about andro and how he said it made him look great but he doesn't recommend taking it cuz his doctor said he'll have a heart attack by the time he's 40. lol

On those shots I would say around 200lb in his ripped condition. As someone else said he is 6ft. I reckon off season he wouldn't top much more than 230lb, judging maily by the size of his quads, which are small. These are absolute maximum figures as well.

"I trained and dieted very hard but feel I lost too much size coming in at a shredded 187lbs. I was still pleased but the competition was much tougher. I have improved a lot since then putting on 10lbs of muscle, bulking up to 255lbs"

Look at his workout, and look what he says about andro LOL. He's 15 too, taking andro, blah.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Basically, I hit every machine and bench on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, working out every part of my body. I do BB curls every day, using the half rep system: 7 full curls, 7 from my legs to my abs and back down, and 7 from my chest to my abs and back up, and I do two sets of those. Also, I do 50 pushups every day. And I do 4 sets of 200 crunches every other night. My workout plan has varied over the past couple of years A LOT. Basically I just mix it up and do what works best for me. What works best for me this month, may not cut it for next month.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I would have to say Creatine because I can gain about 15 pounds in two weeks from creatine, but when I off-cycle I lose about 10 of those pounds. The thing about creatine is I have experienced virtually NO side effects. If it wasn't for the "Roid-Rage," Impotence, and "Ball-Shrinking" I would say the Andro, but because of those side effects I am going to stay off for about 6 months to a year now.

the wheels give it away...at 6' though,if he had additionnal leg mass...he could easily reach 250 and still look small...bone density is another factor.

lol at the teen of the month...bb curls daily...???

isnt Arnie 250 pounds at 6'2? Not only is arnie taller than him but he is way more thicker and freaky looking.
He is not bigger than 210 pounds and even that is questionable.

:FRlol: Bwahahahahahaahahahaha :FRlol: MY ass he weighs 250.... Maybe he weighs 250 in his wettest dreams....

something isn't right there... he was a shredded 187 at the Canadians.... but then he put on 10 pounds of muscle getting himself up to 255? err... WTF?
YUM

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Since this is a "teen" site, I will address this to teens. I am going to say STAY AWAY FROM ANDRO. I don't really think teens need to be supplementing anything but protein until they are AT LEAST 16. I made the mistake and may look great, but at the cost of what? My doctor says I will probably have a heart attack by the time I am 40. And if I really do, I will look back and say, was it worth it to start supplementing 5 years early? Don't be put in the position to ask yourself the same question.
But on a positive outlook, when you're in the gym and people are looking at you, pay NO attention to them. In the gym, it is only you against yourself, remember that. And weight lifting belts help in the long run. And make sure you have a good mattress wit good back support. You back is VERY important.

Yes, that's right boys and girls...STAY AWAY FROM ANDRO...just like Andy says. Why? Well, these supplements (andro), lead to "Stupidity-Rage," "Ignorance," and "Wallet Shrinking"
and, for the money there are better supplements out there. Like Dianabol, Test, Winny, Fina, Anavar, Deca, etc.

After all, by using andro, like Andy, you "will probably have a heart attack by the time [you are] 40."
Yes, you'll keel right over. Because by the time you're 40, if you haven't figured out what a complete fucking waste that shit is, when you finally do, you'll have that heart attack knowing all the $ you wasted.

no way is the first guy 250, not by a long shot, and the second kid is a complete idiot and should not be allowed on a bodybuilding page. He says he does BB curls everyday, thinks he is big and weighs 110, saying he helps other youngsters out. I was bigger than he is at 14 without training and probably a whole lot stronger

Triple H is 6'4'' 260. So if that guy were actually 250 at his height of 6'0'', proportionately he would be bigger than Triple H. I think the guy is around 185 or so.

I got F@ckin smaller just lookin at that f*ckin site,
250 yeah, and i weigh 312 @ 4% bodyfat....
Bunch of F*ckin batsards.. oh andro this and Andro that, and creatine made me the youngest teen to ever win Mr. Olympia.....
ALL A CROCK OF SHIT............

he exagerated a bit too much, i mean come on, 250lb at 6'. Arnold was 235-240 at 6'2 and looked a hell of a lot bigger

I bet if Joe Weider doesn't want to rep them, maybe Sally Struthers will...For just pennies day, you "sniff" can help one of these boys achieve size and "sniff" greatness!
