"Some women always have boyfriends.
What does this mean? This means that in reality they are only "available" for very short windows of time.
The chances that you'll catch an available woman of this type are actually very very slim. She has to be out and about when you're out and about, the same night, the same couple of hours, the same location.
On top of that you have to SPOT her, have the balls to approach her, say something clever enough to not get rejected, get her number and keep her attracted. Which is harder than it sounds because she's used to turning guys down (because she has a boyfriend).
At some point you have to stop and think about how she can go from boyfriend to boyfriend with so short a break in between. The answer is that she basically already had the next boyfriend lined up! How did that happen? Well, she met next-boyfriend somewhere and they got along just fine as "friends" before hand.
Don't let a woman telling you she has a boyfriend stop you. Step your game up and keep talking to her. Most of the time they love it when a guy says something interesting in response instead of walking off. If she wasn't interested in you she wouldn't have been staring at you in the first place.
