Thinking of doing clen for fisrt time.

I am trying to lose weight at the moment. Ever since ephedra was bann, I couldn't find crap that works. I have seen and researched clen to no end lol. I am about to do a stack so will not take it until stack is complete. That stuff is hard to find, well the real stuff. I see to many scams on the net, so I am thinking of walking up to the biggest cut up guy at my gym and asking him to help.

I've taken Clen before and I can't say I like it. I am sensitive to stimulants anyway, I never drink sodas, coffee or anything like that. Even with a ton of water and taurine, I was still getting crazy leg cramps at night for like the first week.
I can't describe it, but at the end of sex, my prostate would even cramp. It was a very terrible feeling. Anyway I rode it through and those sides subsided after about a week. I can honestly say I had more physically visible sides on clen than any steroid has ever given me. (I've never taken tren)
 
I never tried it even when ph and that stuff was legal. However ephedrine worked really well for me doing the ECA, well taking Xenadrine RFA. Now that I can't find EPH HCL, I can't find anything that really works. I like the stim effect., but more so the appt suppressant. Also I never had heart problems when doing ECA NEVER!!!!!!

Clen dosing. When dosing clen you will want to sart out with 3 20mcg doses a day and move up 20mcg
every 3 days till you reach 140mcg max. Always spread the dosing out over 3 doses a day that are a couple of hours
appart. never go above 140mcg and always only go up 20mcg every 3 days.
Once you reach 140mcg stick to that dose for the rest of the time you are on the clen cycle. 4 weeks
on 4 weeks off is the best and most effective way to use clen.
ANy other way is not as good. The cycle would look like this

day Morning/noon/night
1 20/20/20
2 20/20/20
3 40/20/20
4 40/20/20
5 40/40/20
6 40/40/20
7 40/40/40
8 40/40/40
9 40/40/40
10 60/40/40
once you get to this dose just stay here til the end. Never go above this no reason to.

Now it always best to be on a anabolic when you are running clen, or at the very least run something that is going to prevent your muscles from going catabolic... Need2slin 1 cap 3 times a day combined with gear 3-4 caps each time can help a lot..

Adding in T-3 and dosing.
Now you can also add in T-3. Start off with a dose of 12.5mcg a day and ramp up by 12.5mcg every other day till you reach 75mcg and as high as 100 for you big boys. I have seen some go up to 125mcg and even higher but I feel there is no need for it..

Always remember no matter if you are using clen or t-3 but deff when runing t-3 you want to be taking in at least a gram of Taurine a day both during and then after as well.
