I think the biggest my arms have been in 18"s. The funny thing is all the guys in my gym kept asking me how big they were saying "I wish mine were as big as yours. Mine are only 19"
19 are huge man. Don't sell yourself short.
As everyone else said use it carefully. The minute too much goes in there people look like fucking idiots.
