Kudos to you, coolcolj -- I posted the link to your video a while back after having a friend at work show me video. I'm no power lifter, but I was amazed at seeing the video of Dimas. The friend who showed it to me is big into power lifting, so he must have discovered it on a forum elsewhere. I had no idea that the clip was put together by an elite fitness member. :)

Dimas is not a powerlifer, but an Olympic lifter. Powerlifters are people who compete in squat/dead/bench (usually wearing suits).

Thanks for the clarification. Shows how much I know about this subject!!! :)

Confusing thing is that powerlifters are very strong and lift heavier weights than weightlifters who more powerful than powerlifters!

I seriously doubt it, but is something like a 600 lb. front squat possible without the use of AAS? Hell, is a triple bodyweight squat even possible without it? I could see it being possible, yet extremely rare, if anything. Definitely not something most casual lifters (if any) would achieve.

Anyone?

Possible, yes. Possible for you or anyone else reading this, no. Look at the pitiful poundages most juicers are moving and you'll realize that AAS are not magic beans (of course, they just want to get 'big' and not strong)

there are some true freaks of nature out there, guys with 10" wrists who weighed 240 before ever touching a weight.. jay cutler benched 3 plates the first time he worked out. Did it work like that for you? :). I can safely say for pretty much anyone that doing a 600lb front squat at 200lbs is not something you will be doing this lifetime no matter what you take.

i worked out with one of these freaks yesterday. My friend got a pass to the gym I workout at 3 weeks ago. he already squatted 315 for 8-9 deep too... fucking bastards.

i doubt cutler benched 3 plates the first time he worked out....

this goes to show you that heavy weights don't make you big
