Thanks for clearing things up bro. I was realy not in the mood for a lot of typing. You summed it up 100% correct. Karma your way.

As for the guy who is surprised that your PO BOX are geting snagged. Po Boxes are in a diferent category and are set aside for way more scrutiny then regular addys! Your adress is not flaged unless you are under a direct criminal investigation and they are planing to indite you. If you knew the way the system works you would look at it in a diferent way. A certain batch of adresses are picked for random inspections......there are diferent categories... It is normal for all those packs to be siezed like that ESPECIALY TO A PO BOX.
What if they seized a pack to your adress that had enough vials in it to make it a attempt to distribute package?Lets say a pack with 150 vials or so would that get the adress flagged?

No it would not, the guys on the street would charge you with distribution, not them. they have much bigger fish to fry right now, and because of what's going on, they also have more random checks to make. Getting more illegal substances is great to them in one way, but a pain in that it's more paperwork and processing while their primary objective still remains the same, so right now they view it as bitter sweet. As stated earlier if you were flagged due to prior ongoing investigation, THEN this would bite you, but it would still have to be delivered and accepted by you so look for large delays. When they do this, they get their warrants and red tape done prior to delivery, and it's not too quickly either, so a LARGE delay coming in from JFK should always be suspect.

What do you think of the USPS flagging addresses? Do you know if that happends?

No bro sorry, cant speak for the postal police, never worked with or had experience with them, wouldn't put it past them though to be honest.

If so you'll get a letter in the email, throw it away and forget about it if you do...

this is speculation and fallacy, they dont "flag" you unless you really deserve to be flagged, and incoming gear does not constitute that. Not only have I got a package seized this year, but every other package after that was delivered successfully. With that said I know many of the ICE guys, which is the combined Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. I spoke to a supervisor there about this and he confirmed what I felt. He said it's complete Bullshit, they dont care, they are more worried about their radiation detectors going off. Now yes they are getting more packages, becuase they are simply yanking more packages for random inspection. But they are not creating an address book to flag all incoming parcels, unless you are already the subject of an investigation from their agency, or another requesting the assistance with proper cause and or warrant.

I would think that this is really how things work, at least I did until I had 4 packages seized all in a row. I went 4 years ordering internationally and never had one seizure, but then after my first one all the others got seized. If you ask me, there is noway that this was just chance. Just can't be. Nobodys luck is that bad!

Yes. I've heard from a reliable source & others on this board that they do, in fact, flag addys when they confiscate contraband.
