Think I will get a refund without the reciept?

Tags are still on it never worn. I bought a suit last weekend for this customer event but the day fucking before. I find out that they don't want us wearing suits they want us in corprate logo shirts. :rolleyes: Anyway I don't want the suit think the bitches will let me return it?

I probably would have but before I left I gave one last ditch effort and I found the reciept. I was good didn't even spend the money on something else at the mall. :D
 
ok did you pay for it with a credit card or check? I know at target they can bring up your receipt if they rerun your credit card that you used or a blank check

Dynamite and they gave me my money back cause I found the recpiet. I just realized that I should have also brought back a skirt I bought I thought I grabed a 7 but it was a 1 it only cost $10 bucks so I will keep it I should be back down to a 1 by September or October.

Dynamite is my Favorite store. There is one here that is an outlet and the entire back of the store is $5 and $10. Same there?

They will let you exchange the shirt for a 7. I've done that, grabbed a size 3 and not a 5 and they let me change it

They also happen to be one of my top accounts at work. :D I am to lazy to go back to change it again. My fat ass will get back down to a 1 and I can wear just not for a few months. LOL When dieting I will often buy clothes a size smaller to motivate me to fit into them.

I think I fit into a szie 1 when I was 6 yrs old....haha!

Well to stop being a size 1 I generally eat like a cow for 2-3 months. LOL To get into a size one I eat about 5-8 times a day very small meals keep my calories between 1500-1700 my protein intake is pretty high close to 200 grams a day and carbs are low under 50 grams and the rest is good fat. Oh almost forgot to mention the cardio twice a day for up to two hours. I actually maintain a size 3-5 pretty easy but this off season I worked on bringing up my shoulders and upper body a bit more.

The cardio must be the trick. I hate cardio. I eat less than 1200 cals a day and eat 4-5 times a day and cannot work off my size 7. Mind you, I am not doing much cardio. And my gym work has been cut back.

How much do you weight? I bet you are actually not eating enough.

I'm 5'7 and 136 lbs. Do u think I should eat more even if I am not working out as much these days? I will take any help I can get :-)

You should be eating at least 1360 calories per day to about 1650 or so you could still cut on that but yeah you have to workout too. Maybe not cardio twice a day but in the AM on an stomach empty if your looking to drop some body fat.

I fit into a size 1 at 135ish pounds btw all about LBM.
 
go in there like on Next Friday and tell them "You look like the playa hayta dat sold me da shit!" when the dude tried to bring the tape back.

I get up at 5 am to go to work, so tough to get up earlier, but should (no excuses) do more cardio. I have the worst stamina when it comes to cardio.
As I am getting older, it all gets so much tougher ;-)

I couldnt get my left ass cheek into a size 1.

Holy fack I get up 5 for gym but not in the office tell 8. You could always do the cardio after you lift weights.

All steady state in the morning I do 40 minutes on the precore and after lifting I do 35 minutes on the bike. With no to low carbs I do not recommend doing HITTS it will burn up muscle. If you are eating carbs then go ahead do HITT.

I know too much cardio burns muscle, but HIIT or no hit, won't any amount of cardio after lifting going to burn muscles??
When I was working out 5 days a week, I was only doing 20 mins on the treadmill 3 x a week. I am weak in cardio. I hate me!

If you are eating enough protien 35-45 minutes of cardio after lifting will not burn up muscle. Doing as much as I do precontest without any "enhancment" will for sure burn up muscle.
