They built anything where the WTC was yet?

Did they finally decide yet and has it been built- has building started?

Nothing built yet. I used the PATH to get there last week for some Christmas shopping. The trains go through on the 'temporary' setup in the pit. There is a building completed where 7 WTC stood but the rest of it is still mired in safety and jurisdictional red tape.
