I've been reading all these great things about T-rex and L-rex for about a month now and i was a bit sceptical at first, but i have been on the L-rex (6 a day) for about a week now and started the T-rex 3 days ago (about 4 a day) and so far have had some good results, i have been eating a clean diet (been on Glucorell R aswell) and have been doing a lot of cardio at night, although i have been feeling quite sick during my cardio, i think i'm still building up a tolerence to the T-rex!!!
