Beastdrol today!!
Diet has been SUPER clean, low carbs & High protein diet along side Whey Isolate Protein shakes for quality protein intake. Though, I am suffering the lack of carbs compared totaking while I was on DV1. I will manage somehow.
Cardio is key for me , this past weekend I started on cardio by running 4 laps around track, abs workout at home. I have been working out first, then doing cardio. I am trying to shred up right now all the way to the end of the cycle on May 1st. I am trying to work hard on my abs aside from reg body workout.
I need some input from you all, this is my first time to seriously utilize cardio into my cycle while using Beastdrol,, what do I need to do diffrently or am I ok?? I am drinking lots of water, ND2Guard,HCGenerate, Diet, rest and sleep..Do you think the Beastdrol will help me shred??
