1. Test Cypionate 300mg/ml EW. 1-16 weeks
2. Diesobolan 40mg a day. weeks 1-4
3. Big Blast Protein - Post workout
4. CFM Whey Protein by proteinfactory
5. NeedTo - Betterbars for meal reaplacements - 414 calories
6. NeedTo - Betterbar Weight Gainer Shake - 1,405 calories
7. Beastdrol 30-40mgs a day. week 12-16
8. Liver Pro for liver protection. Througout entire cycle.
9. Enourmous Diet with a minimum of 3000 calories per day for me. Will try to consume 4000 a day. Wil be eating good and clean wholesome foods with little sugars, as most of my sugars will be from my meal replacements and weight gainer shake. 6 small meals a day. High protein/mid carbs. I'm experienced taking in Superdrol, so no problems there as I know it will be potent, as well as Diesobolan. Will give reports as much as time allows me. Thank you NeedTo for your support.

Weekly Workout Schedule
Monday – Chest, Shoulders, and Abs
Tuesday – Triceps and Biceps
Wednesday – Squats and Abs
Thursday – Chest, Shoulders, and Abs
Friday – OFF
Saturday – Squats, Back, and Abs
Sunday – Football-cardio
Chest – 3 sets of each on DB: Flat bench press, Incline Press, Incline Fly, Flat bench fly, Cable cross over (high position), Cable cross over(low position). 3 sets of dips.
Shoulders – DB front raises, DB lateral raise (pour on top), DB shrugs, Seated DB lateral raises.
Triceps – DB Kickbacks, cable pushdowns, overhead extensions.
Biceps – DB hammer curl, Cable curl, Preacher curl.
Back – Lat pulldowns, seated rows, DB lat lifts.
I will post pre-pics soon of this once was scrawny 156 lb. creature and then post pics transformed into the BEAST!!!!
