It is hard to condition for the events...and get stronger in the powerlifts. I have to FOCUS on one or the other...
You guys are motivating me with these threads. I need to set a PR soon...no matter if my numbers were 225 or 725. A PR is a PR.
I hope that everyone posts up how their workouts went.
On a side note...as I am getting ready for a PR pull...or PR anything...I'll start taking a few heavier singles at sub maximum weights for the 2-3 weeks prior.
