I do deads on Wednesday, so I'll have to pull on the 8th. So, I guess it sounds like Oct 7 (Tuesday) is the universal deadline, give or take a few days?

Unless someone near me comes up with a camera, I guess I'll have to sit this one out. My haters will just say I'm bragging or lying without a video. I'll just sit back and watch.

thats cool but i thought rj was askin for ppl with a dl 450 or lower. not a stiff leg dl of 500. i'm sure it's harder by a ways..but from what you've said i would think you are beyond that.

Yes its harder, was just trying find a way to get in, since I've already done regular deads over 500. Besides, now that I'm going heavy on my stiff-leg deads, I want to keep bringing the numbers up. Anyway, its probably not a good idea, I seem to attract alot of negativity from this forum.
Exodus, I've seen your pics, there is NO WAY you don't deadlift over 500, or did I miss something here? I would expect you to be working on something like 700 right now, judging from the appearance of your back and thighs.
Agreed, there is no try, there is only do or do not. Besides, its just a number. Its all in your head. When I start thinking about numbers it messes with my mind, and I find that I can't do a single rep with weights I've done 7 or 8 reps with before. Don't think about lifting it, or try to lift it, just do it.
