pulled 225 today,I know it isnt much but last week my one rep max was 205 so I am happy,next week I am taking a break from deads I think,but in two weeks for sure I want 240
I pulled 1000 and then 1200... finally, I pulled 3... of course, these were all numbers out of a hat.
Not sure what my max deadlift is... or if I'll be able to attempt one by Oct 7th... but I tell you what, I'll go in and pull what I can... God willing, my shoulder should start being on track by then.
