The Pulaski Day Parade!!

Is today!! Hooray!!

They've closed off the whole neighborhood for the parade to run. It's in honor of Casimir Pulaski - a Polish War hero.

What cracks me up is that this neighborhood is no longer really Polish - used to be - but now it's mostly white, black & Hispanic.

I'm sitting here flipping between baseball & football & can still hear the marching band going by. Hmmmm wonder if the Shriners are in the parade???

Well that was quick - everyone is now walking home!! LOL a 5 minute parade!!
